Join the Luminous Developer Partner Platform to make money by performing small HTML/CSS customizations on various projects. Upon joining the platform, you'll be given access to our Projects Dashboard, where you can see all active projects that we need help on and concrete customizations that need to be made, as well as the income per each project.
We're a company that builds website templates for the Weebly drag 'n drop builder website builder, with over 30,000 customers. Since our users often do not have any technical expertise, they ask us to make minor HTML/CSS customizations to their website, such as "can you make this logo bigger" and "can you change the color of this section."
Since we're a fairly small agency, we often don't have the resources to accommodate all these minor requests. That's where you come in! We're looking for developers who are fairly skilled in HTML and CSS to take on customization projects, making theme edits for our users.
Upon joining our Developer Partner program, you'll be given access to an online dashboard where you can see all active projects currently available. You'll also be able to see how much money you can make per project, project details, and the estimated time to completion. If you don't think you can handle a project, no problem! But, if you think you can, you can get started on it right away.
Fill out the form below to join our Developer Partner program.
After you join, we'll send you a link to our dashboard.
Browse through the dashboard to find a project suitable to you.
After you complete it, you can expect a payment within 24hrs!
For most of the projects you'll see in your dashboard, you won't have to "build" anything. It's mainly customization work, and modifying existing classes. You should know the basic principles in HTML/CSS, and we would like to see some experience with HTML/CSS. Although you don't need Javascript knowledge for 99% of projects, there may be a few (high paying ones) that require Javascript.
Every available project in our dashboard (that you'll have access to) will list exactly what we're looking to see per project. This includes the skills, payout rates, and estimated time to completion.
Since most of the work is customization, this gig requires much less work than a full web development job.
The "essential" skills include knowledge of HTML/CSS.
The bonus
Every project is different, and the payout for each project is calculated based on the effort and time required (as estimated by our developers).
In general, you can expect to be paid at a rate of $40/hr. The payouts are not hourly. You'll be paid a set, fixed amount as listed in the dashboard page, in the name of transparency.
Nope! That's why we're looking for developers from all over the world to join :) We have customers all over the globe, and having developers from all over is just an added bonus.
Note: we conduct payouts via PayPal, so if PayPal is not available in your area then we won't be able to send money to you.
It's all up to you to choose. You'll have access to a dashboard that lists each project, and the skills required.
For the most part, most of the projects listed are customization projects. Our customers purchase one of our Weebly themes (coded in HTML/CSS) and then may require a customization code edit to some portion of the site.
Some example projects we've have currently listed are:
- Make a website's logo container bigger
- Manually install an extra font
- Change the sizing and dimensions of some element
- Make a tweak in the HTML structure of a page layout.
Ready to start! Terrific! Simply fill out the form below to get started. If accepted, we'll send you a link to create your account in our dashboard.
After you fill out the form, one of our team members will review your entry. If all goes well, we'll reach out to you (usually within 3-5 business days) and send you a link to create your dashboard account and get your PayPay payment settings all sorted out.
You'll also be sent a link to our Notion, where we've documented everything you need to know about Weebly and the process of making code edits to a customers website.
