How to Give Us Temporary Editor Permissions

If you run into an issue using our themes, we will sometimes request that you add us as a temporary editor to your Weebly website. This will give our team the ability to remotely access your website code and take a look at what's going wrong. This lets us help our customers in a much quicker, seamless fashion as we conduct 100% of the troubleshooting from our end, and apply any relevant fixes.

Here are the steps to add us as an editor:

1. Go to your Weebly Editor
2. Click on the "Settings" tab
3. Click on  "Editors" in the left-hand column
4. Click on the blue "Add Editor" button
5. Enter "developer.luminous@gmail.com" for the email address, and set "Admin" permissions
6. Click on the green "Save Editor" button in the lower right-hand corner.

After you grant us editor permissions, send us a message informing us that we've been added, and the support specialist assigned to your case will take care of the next steps.
