We are able to accommodate custom modifications to our themes at affordable rates. If you require a custom solution, modification to one of our themes, or other service, please let us know by filling out the form on the right and we'll provide a quote.
As stated in our End User License Agreement, unfortunately our refund policy is quite strict due to the digital non-tangible nature of our products (i.e you can't "return" digital files). This is industry standard, and other theme providers have similar policies. That being said, we will do everything in our power to help you out with whatever issues you run into.
We guarantee lifetime updates for all of our themes. This is different from other theme providers, who only guarantee updates for a year or so. We believe in the longevity of our products. We issue updates for two purposes: one, to add new features and two, to issue critical updates and bug fixes.
If you're having issues getting the theme to work, we can certainly help you. Additionally, if you run into any bugs, we will relay this information to our dev team. We aim to fix all bugs within 48 hrs of them being reported. Do note that we cannot help with making custom changes to your website at this time.
